WHO ARE WE?

The Friends of The Crossett Public Library is a non-profit community

organization dedicated to supporting The Crossett Public Library.

We accomplish this primarily by raising money through the Friend’s Library Book Store and the back sale.

WHY ARE WE HERE?

The purpose of the Friends of the Library is to encourage and assist in the establishment, maintenance and

further development of a free public library and library services in Crossett, and to support education through the use of the

library.

BECOMING A FRIEND.

The modest annual dues from members help support the organization.

All additional contributions are placed into the Friends fund for future contribution to the library.

Contributions are used for capital projects to buy books, computers,

equipment, and furnishing; to help with summer reading programs

for children and teens; imagination library and other events and projects.

Also, the time you give is as important as monetary donations.

The Friends are indispensable to the Library.

HOW YOU BENEFIT.

Friends gain great satisfaction from helping the Library, but they also reap rewards as patrons.

Friendships develop as members share in fun activities, and bond over their mutual love of the library.

Your membership also entitles, you to 10% off all items in the Friend’s Book Store.
